Welcome Bonus, Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the official Terms and Conditions of the No-Deposit Welcome Bonus offered by Finotive Markets (the “Company”) in connection with its pre-launch Whitelist campaign. The Company has not yet launched its trading services. At this stage, eligible individuals may only register their interest by submitting their details to the Whitelist. No trading accounts can be opened, no identity verification can be performed, and no bonus can be credited prior to the official launch.

By submitting your details to the Whitelist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse the Bonus to any applicant, and to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any provision of these Terms at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide reasons.

1.  Definitions

  • “Company” / “Finotive Markets” / “we”: the entity operating under the brand name Finotive Markets, which administers this campaign.

  • “Applicant” / “you”: any natural person who has submitted their details to the Whitelist during the pre-launch period.

  • “Whitelist”: the pre-launch list of interested parties maintained by the Company prior to the launch of its services. Inclusion on the Whitelist does not constitute a client relationship and does not guarantee the award of the Bonus.

  • “Launch”: the date on which the Company commences live trading services, to be determined at the Company’s sole discretion.

  • “Bonus”: the USD 50 promotional trading credit which may be awarded, at the Company’s discretion, to selected Whitelist members following Launch.

  • “Eligible Instruments”: forex currency pairs and precious metals (Gold and Silver) only. All other instruments are expressly excluded.

2.  Current Stage of the Campaign

As at the date of these Terms, Finotive Markets has not yet launched. The Whitelist is the only mechanism currently available to register interest. The following points should be carefully noted:

  • No client area, dashboard, or trading platform is operational at this stage.

  • Account opening, identity verification, deposits, and trading will only become available after Launch.

  • Submission of details to the Whitelist does not, by itself, constitute acceptance into the Bonus campaign.

  • Bonus credits will only be applied to qualifying accounts after Launch, following the Company’s post-launch onboarding process, and only to Applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria in Section 3.

  • The Company makes no commitment as to the date of Launch and assumes no liability for any delay or rescheduling.

3.  Eligibility

To be considered for the Bonus, an Applicant must satisfy each of the following conditions cumulatively, both at the time of Whitelist submission and at the time of Bonus award:

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher).

  2. You must be a new prospective client of Finotive Markets and must not, after Launch, hold any other live trading account with the Company.

  3. The details you submit to the Whitelist (full name, email address, mobile phone number, and country of residence) must be accurate, current, and unique to you.

  4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the service from, any jurisdiction in which the offer or the Company’s services are restricted or prohibited.

  5. Following Launch, you must complete any onboarding and identity verification procedures that the Company may require, to the Company’s satisfaction.

ONE BONUS PER PERSON

The Bonus is strictly limited to one award per individual, household, residential address, IP address, and device. Any duplicate Whitelist submission,  whether direct or through related parties ,  will result in the cancellation of all associated entries and may disqualify the Applicant from receiving the Bonus.

4.  Company Discretion and Right to Refuse

The Company reserves the absolute right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to take any of the following actions at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide reasons:

  • To refuse the Bonus to any Applicant or to any group of Applicants, in whole or in part.

  • To revoke a Bonus that has already been credited, at any time and for any reason the Company deems sufficient.

  • To amend, modify, expand, restrict, or replace any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the bonus amount, the eligible instruments, the maximum withdrawable profit, the minimum required volume, the usage window, the eligibility criteria, and any other condition.

  • To suspend the campaign temporarily, or to terminate the campaign permanently.

  • To remove any Applicant from the Whitelist.

  • To require additional documentation, declarations, or verifications from any Applicant as a condition of receiving or retaining the Bonus.

  • To redefine the scope, structure, or mechanics of the Bonus following Launch.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting your details to the Whitelist, you expressly acknowledge and accept that the Bonus is a discretionary marketing offer and not a contractual entitlement. No Applicant has any vested right to receive the Bonus, and the Company shall incur no liability whatsoever as a result of exercising any of the rights set out in this Section.

5.  Eligible Trading Instruments

Following Launch, the Bonus may only be used to trade the following instrument classes. Any trade executed on any instrument outside this list will not be eligible under the campaign, and any resulting profit will be void.

  • Forex ,  currency pairs as made available by the Company on the MetaTrader 5 platform under the “Forex” market watch group at Launch.

  • Precious Metals ,  spot Gold (XAU/USD) and spot Silver (XAG/USD).

STRICTLY EXCLUDED INSTRUMENTS

Indices, equities and equity CFDs, commodities other than Gold and Silver, energies (oil, gas), cryptocurrencies, and any other asset class are NOT eligible under this campaign. Trading such instruments on a Bonus Account is prohibited; any volume or profit generated from them will be excluded and may be reversed at the Company’s discretion. The Company may, at any time, add to or remove from the Eligible Instruments list.

6.  Withdrawal Conditions

Profits generated using the Bonus may only be withdrawn after the Applicant has fully satisfied each of the following conditions. The Company will not process any withdrawal request until all conditions are met to its satisfaction.

  1. Maximum Withdrawable Profit. The total cumulative profit that may be withdrawn from the Bonus is capped at USD 50 per Applicant, regardless of any higher profit shown in the account. Any profit in excess of USD 50 will be deducted prior to processing.

  2. Bonus Itself Not Withdrawable. The Bonus amount (USD 50) is non-withdrawable under any circumstances. It is a promotional credit only and will be deducted from the account upon any withdrawal request or upon expiry of the usage window.

  3. Single Withdrawal Only. Only one withdrawal request from Bonus profits is permitted per Applicant. Upon execution of that withdrawal, the Bonus and any remaining Bonus-derived equity will be removed from the account.

  4. Minimum Required Volume. A minimum trading volume requirement on Eligible Instruments must be met before any withdrawal of Bonus profits is permitted. The exact threshold will be communicated to qualifying Applicants at Launch and may be revised at the Company’s sole discretion.

  5. Identity Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, the Company’s Compliance team will require full identity verification, and may request additional documentation or a live video call. Failure to comply will result in the withdrawal being declined.

  6. Processing Time. Approved withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable period following verification, in line with the Company’s general withdrawal policy in force at the time.

7.  Prohibited Practices

The Company actively monitors activity at both the Whitelist stage and after Launch. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate disqualification of the Applicant, revocation of the Bonus, cancellation of any associated profits, and may lead to the permanent closure of all related accounts:

  1. Submitting multiple Whitelist entries in your own name or through related parties (family members, colleagues, intermediaries) to obtain more than one Bonus.

  2. Cross-account hedging ,  entering opposite positions on the same or correlated instruments across two or more accounts (whether with Finotive Markets or with another broker) with the purpose of locking in a guaranteed profit.

  3. Latency arbitrage, price-feed arbitrage, or any strategy that exploits delays, errors, or off-market quotes in the Company’s price feed.

  4. Use of expert advisors (EAs), bots, or automated strategies specifically designed to game the Bonus terms.

  5. Trading on instruments outside the Eligible Instruments list defined in Section 5.

  6. Providing false, forged, or misleading information at any stage ,  including during Whitelist submission, onboarding, KYC, or thereafter.

  7. Any other activity that, in the Company’s reasonable judgement, constitutes abuse of the spirit of the promotion.

CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH

Where the Company establishes a breach, or has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, of any of the prohibitions in this Section, it may ,  without prior notice and at its sole discretion ,  withdraw the Bonus, reverse all profits arising from its use, suspend or permanently close the offending account and all related accounts, refuse any pending withdrawal, and take any further action available to it under applicable law.

8.  Amendment, Suspension, and Termination

Finotive Markets reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign, or to modify any of these Terms (including the bonus amount, eligible instruments, withdrawal cap, required volume, and any other condition), at any time and for any reason. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated to Whitelist members via email. Continued participation in the campaign ,  including by remaining on the Whitelist or, after Launch, by accepting a Bonus credit ,  will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Company further reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim the Bonus from any Applicant where, in its sole judgement, doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the campaign, the Company’s business, or the broader client base.

9.  Risk Disclosure

Trading in forex, precious metals, and contracts for difference (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of part or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with funds that you cannot afford to lose. The Bonus is a promotional tool designed to allow eligible Applicants to experience live trading conditions; it is not a guarantee of profit and is not a substitute for sound risk management.

Finotive Markets accepts no responsibility for losses arising from trading decisions taken by an Applicant, whether or not such decisions involve the use of the Bonus.

10.  Governing Provisions

  • These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the Company’s general Client Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure, all of which will be made available at Launch. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail in respect of matters relating to the campaign.

  • These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; the English version shall prevail in case of discrepancy.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finotive Markets is licensed, and any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

11.  Applicant Acknowledgement

BY SUBMITTING DETAILS TO THE WHITELIST

By submitting your details on the Whitelist registration form, you confirm that: (a) you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety; (b) you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3; (c) you understand that the Bonus is a discretionary marketing offer, that the Company may refuse it or modify any term at its sole discretion, and that no entitlement is created by your Whitelist submission; (d) you understand that strict withdrawal conditions apply, including a USD 50 cap on withdrawable profits, and that the Bonus itself is not withdrawable in cash; and (e) you accept the risks inherent in leveraged trading and trade entirely at your own risk.
